Hello Barbara: Thank you for your comments. 

Here my comments: the hCG method for weight loss is not "do-it-yourself" program: hCG is a prescription drug that must be dispensed by a licensed Physician. 

I'm no either against your friend Noka or judging her work: what I'm saying here is that only a trained MD can help you to lose safely weight.
