The hCG protocol does not require any additional appetite suppressant drug. 

Also, hCG (125 International Units) injections MUST BE daily applied, and procedure MUST BE SUPERVISED by a licensed MD on a daily basis. 

The prescribed diet should not exceed 500 Kcal. /day. 

Creams and other oily substances on the skin must be avoided during the treatment period.
