Sir, I really hope that the Dr.-title does not mean you are a doctor. 

Misuse of HCG, wich is PROVEN NOT TO WORK by articles in The Lancet, The New England Journal of Medicine, and numerous pharmaceutical magazins.... 

I believe this is against the medical code of honour. 

Of course... It makes money doesn't it?!
